CP’s Short Profile
Claudia Politi was born on 3rd November 1992 in Naples, Italy. She started her studies in physics in 2011 at the Second University of Naples and in 2014 she received her Bachelor’s degree with a thesis on the Optical Phase Locked Loop. Afterwards, she moved to Pisa to start her Master studies and in October 2016 she joined the group of Francesca Ferlaino at the IQOQI (Innsbruck) to work on the Er-Dy experiment for her Master thesis. After graduating in October 2017, she took a few months off to relax and in January 2018 she began her PhD in the Er-Dy team.
