FOr his Master&#8217;s thesis he worked on the simulation and characterization of optical confocal cavities in the Laboratory for Quantum Gases (LQG) led by Professor Jean-Philippe Brantut.<br \/>\nSamy moved to Innsbruck in May 2026 to begin his PhD in the Erbium Lab.
