Vesuvius in AD 79.&nbsp;Ercolano&nbsp;site,&nbsp;listed as a <em>World Heritage Site<\/em> by UNESCO,&nbsp;was the 14<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;most visited monument in Italy in 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Close to Ercolano, the ancient volcano of&nbsp;<em>Mt.
